Terms & Conditions

1. Estimates & Approval

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise noted. Approval of an estimate constitutes acceptance of the project scope, pricing, and these Terms.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required as noted on the estimate. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun and will be applied as a credit toward the final project invoice.

3. Change Orders

Any changes to the approved scope require a written Change Order. Approved change orders adjust the contract total and become part of the project agreement.

4. Artwork & Intellectual Property

Custom design fees cover creation and licensed use of artwork for the project specified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original design elements and production artwork created by DNA WRAPS LLC remain the intellectual property of DNA WRAPS LLC. A Full Design Rights Buyout, when purchased, is subject to a separate written assignment.

5. Payment Terms

Final invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Scheduling

Estimated scheduling is approximate and depends on deposit receipt, material availability, and vehicle access.

7. Warranty

Workmanship is warranted against defects for 90 days. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
